CINC Systems Strengthens Leadership Team for Record-Breaking Growth

CINC Systems, the undisputed leader in software solutions for the community association management (CAM) industry, just announced a strategic power move! They’ve bolstered their leadership team with three industry veterans: Ashley Berenson as Chief Product Officer, John Granara as Chief Financial Officer, and Gay Beach as the company’s first-ever Chief Marketing Officer.

This expansion isn’t just about filling chairs; it’s a calculated move to fuel CINC’s already explosive growth. The company has become a giant in the CAM software space, boasting a size that dwarfs any competitor by more than three times.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Ashley, John, and Gay to the CINC family,” said Ryan Davis, CEO of CINC. “Their decades of experience will be instrumental in making community management less of a chore and more of a rewarding experience. With this powerhouse team in place, we’re well-positioned to maintain our record-breaking sales trajectory.”

CINC is experiencing a banner year, with more associations signing on for their software solutions than ever before in their 20-year history. This phenomenal success is a direct result of their unwavering commitment to customer service and their dedication to driving innovation in the CAM industry.

Meet the New Leaders

  • Ashley Berenson brings a proven track record of developing game-changing SaaS solutions that not only deliver value for businesses but also directly address customer needs. Before joining CINC, she spearheaded product teams at industry giants like Brightly (acquired by Siemens in 2022), American Express, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and Ford Smart Mobility. At CINC, Ashley will focus on developing cutting-edge technology solutions that empower both community association managers and homeowners.

It’s worth noting that Chris Millner, CINC’s former Chief Product Officer, has transitioned to a new role – Chief Payments Officer. This newly created position reflects CINC’s commitment to continuously optimizing the industry-leading payment experience for both residents and management companies. Chris will collaborate closely with Tom Kiernan, a new board member and co-founder of ClickPay, a prominent payments provider.
